PRIVACY POLICY & PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

As part of the European Data Protection Law, OUD. PARIS must control its Customers' data from the oud-paris.com website.

Personal data may be collected on the Site and used by OUD PARIS, which acts as the data controller within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter "General Data Protection Regulation" or "GDPR").

OUD. PARIS has a duty to ensure the security and confidentiality of its Customers' personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Customers' personal data may be transmitted to OUD. PARIS service providers and partners, if their intervention is necessary for processing and managing orders (name, surname, postal address, telephone number, email address). These service providers and partners can only act on instructions from OUD. PARIS.

Below are details of the purposes for which personal data is collected:

Processing of Customer orders (shipping, returns, refunds)

Data relating to an order entered during payment will be transmitted to our banking service provider for validation of this payment.

If the Customer has ticked the box for subscription to the OUD. PARIS Newsletter, they consent to receive marketing communications from the brand.

In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has a right to access, rectify and object to their personal data (hereinafter "Data Protection Rights").

In accordance with data protection law, the Customer is entitled to:

Request a copy of all information held about them.

Request a correction to their personal data.

Request a complete deletion of their account and personal data.

To exercise this right, the Customer must make a request by email: contact@oud-paris.com, via the contact form or by post: OUD. PARIS, 105 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris FRANCE, indicating their name, surname, email address and customer references. The customer's request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document.

In accordance with the "Data Protection Rights" law, a response will be provided as soon as possible and at the latest within one month of the request.
