DELIVERY

Delivery is free in Metropolitan France, as well as in Monaco, Andorra, and in member countries of the European Union.

Outside these countries, international delivery includes shipping costs amounting to €29.00.
As an indication, delivery times in France average 3 to 4 working days, as well as in the European Union.
As an indication, international delivery times average one week.

During periods of high commercial activity, these deadlines may be extended and certain delivery methods deactivated. Deadlines start from the shipment of your order. Home deliveries take place from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

OUD.PARIS cannot be held responsible for any extension of delivery times. 


RETURNS

How to make a return?


Before making a return, you must imperatively notify OUD.PARIS of your wish to return one or more products from your order, by email, to retours@oud-paris.com, within a maximum period of 15 days following receipt of the order.

If this period normally expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or public/non-working holiday, it is extended until the next working day.

OUD.PARIS cannot be held responsible in case of loss, misplacement, or damage to the package during transit.

After this 15-day period, you will no longer be able to make a return and will have to keep the product.


Under what conditions must the product(s) be returned?


The product(s) must be returned in their original packaging, in their original, new, unworn, unwashed condition, accompanied by the return form provided in the initial shipping package.

Once the package is received and after examination of the returned products, if all conditions are met, you can then exchange your product for another, or benefit from a credit note to be used on the website.

EXCHANGE AND CREDIT NOTE

Once the product(s) have been returned in due form, you will have the option:

- To obtain a commercial credit note, which will be sent to you by email within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of the return package and acceptance of its refund by our team. 
The commercial credit note must be used on a new order, at the time of its validation. 
The credit from the commercial credit note is equivalent to the total or partial amount of the returned order, including taxes. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. 
The duration of use of this credit is 6 months from its issue date, for use exclusively on the www.oud-paris.com website. 
If the amount of the new order is less than the credit note, the difference will be kept for future purchases.
If the total amount of the new order is greater than the credit note, the Customer may pay the difference by credit card.


- To exchange the returned product for another product whose price is greater than or equal to the initial price, within 30 days after making the return. 
In this case, contact customer service at retours@oud-paris.com to proceed with the exchange. 

These two solutions are accessible to anyone who has placed an order on the OUD.PARIS website, whether they have a customer account or not.
