Delivery is free in Metropolitan France, as well as in Monaco, Andorra, and in the member countries of the European Union.
You can return one or more products, within 15 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return a product, you have the following options:
• To obtain a trade credit:
- which will be sent to you by email no later than 30 days after receipt of your return package,
- the amount of all or part of the order, depending on what is returned.
- whose validity period is 6 months from the date of issue
- usable exclusively on the website, at the time of validation of the new purchase
- with the possibility of using it in several installments (in the event that the amount of the new purchase is less than the amount of the initial purchase)

• To exchange the returned product for another product whose price is greater than or equal to the original price, within 30 days of making the return.
